Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.
I’m Dr. Bettina Mrusek—a Marine Corps veteran, academic leader, certified health coach, and proud mom of two.
For 14 years, I served in the United States Marine Corps, including a tour as a drill instructor—an experience that shaped my discipline, resilience, and belief in the power of human potential. After transitioning from the military, I brought that same mindset into higher education, where I’ve spent the past decade mentoring students, leading academic programs, and helping others rise. I currently serve in an academic leadership role and was honored to be selected as the first Administrative Fellow at my university, working directly with the president to shape strategy and innovation.
My academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Business Administration, an MBA, a Master of Science in Aeronautics, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business. I’m also a certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the Institute of Transformational Nutrition. My passion for wellness has led me to deliver over 50 presentations on topics ranging from aviation to energy, resilience, and nutrition.
But the credentials only tell part of the story.
I’m also a single mom who knows what it’s like to juggle competing priorities, navigate unexpected challenges, and still choose to thrive. I’ve learned how to do more with less—not by pushing harder, but by making smarter, more aligned choices for my body, mind, and life.
Now, I help others do the same. Whether you want to advance in your career, feel strong in your skin, or simply show up more fully for your life, I’m here to help you unlock the energy, clarity, and confidence to do it—all without burning out.
